Chris Lattner & Coco Malente - Limbo Taxi

Chris Lattner, one of the Lessizmore resident, gets back to Einmaleins teaming up with Felicitas Mambele aka Coco Malente, a Nigeriam producer, for another great instalment. This might be considered a little preview of what’s to come during next Summer, fresh sounds, cool happy vocals and some pumpy flavored beats demanding danceable moments. Thats how the Ep starts, in the A side with Lattner’s track. “Limbo With Coco” has already been supported by mr. Nick Curly and Karotte among others, and it might really be a great Summer hit, the track has it all, quality, rhythm and a really enjoayble beat reminding us some of those old school anthems that we so much liked. In the B side Malente’s appears with a “Yellow Cab to Paris” showing up the same kind of patterns presented in the A side, a solid pumpy groove, some tribal elements, smooth funky bassline’s and really good percussive elements. Einmaleins was picked as one of the top 5 labels of last year and that can’t be considered luck, their work continues to be subliminal always presenting some of the best fresh tunes of the market, this time with the most grooviest and the most subtle house out there at the moment. Released in the last days of March

Andrea Gentile & Diego Capri - Thirty Ep

It’s always a special pleasure to present a new release on Einmaleins. This label will probably be considered the best of the year, their releases seem to be unique, always full of quality, exploring another sides of this kind of music. This time they invited Andrea Gentile & Diego Capri to show out their skills. The duo from Rome producers has been in the scene for two years now and in fact have been doing pretty good things. Thirty Ep is a deep dark minimal kind of album, highly detailed production, perfect musical harmony. They started this with “Gigrobot” introducing us to their dark environments. Its a track that grows gradually, step by step, with an interesting recycling after the breaks. I’s quite mysterious and we just can’t predict whats coming next! On the flipside we got other two enjoyable tracks: “Doubletruck” is another one of those stripped down minimal techno tunes that we like so much here in minimaland. All the things are done with low synths and low beats, giving you an atmosphere of fear and seduction till the end. Dark! “Reakone” closes down this Ep with a higher techno feeling, not as minimal as the others, but more powerful and neurotic, perfect to demanding dancefloors. Enjoy!

Miskate - Pointless Ep

It was already in 2005 that I begin to listen some Miskate tracks in Ricardo Villalobos set’s. Since then I became a huge fan of this girl and today I present you her latest work! Pointless Ep was released on one of the most appreciated labels here in Minimaland, the one and only Einmaleins! For those who don’t know this producer I can tell you that she is from Pittsburgh and, apart from doing music, she has been working as a co-organizer on Foundsound.
In this release Miss Kate present’s us three genuine pieces of good-taste with a strong charge of deep, minimal lines and perfect step by step constructions. The Ep starts with “Bric a Brac” characterizing all that I’ve said about her music… deep minimal music, low synths and funky groove, perfect to night dancefloor rhythms. Next follows up “What’s The Point”, a track that explores darker environments, able to get you frightened with a couple of spooky voices presented in it; A word also to the bassline, leveled to perfection. In the flipside you’ll have a remix of “What’s The Point” by Lazy Mouth. More stripped down techno, acid synths in loops and a nice 4×4 groove! To listen in the club or at home, you won’t get disappointed. Grab this as soon as you can, get to know one of the best American projects in the minimal techno scene..

Bloody Mary vs. Sierra Sam - Spielbank EP

Einmaleins32 has just arrived. Composed by two fresh musics, both great to a good party. After the fine work produced by Carina Lohmeyer aka Souki (Einmaleins 031) now it's the time of two new producers to work in this label: Bloody Mary (has left a quite remarkable ep at Sender Records) and Sierra man (one of the founders of Toys for Boys label). The first music Black Jack has inumerous details on three basic steps. Very simple music will all the ingredients required. Baccara meets itself in a journey dominated by the simple spiritualitys, but both music are very similar in it's quite solid minimal style

Souki - 4 Faces Ep

..Promises on the horizon landscaped land..

Carina “Sissy” Lohmeyer, aka Souki, is a 23 year old girl . my first comment goes to the 1984 season, seems to be of excellent wines and people tuned in good synth lines ;)

She edits the 4 faces Ep on Einmaleins musik, label based since 2004 in Berlin, Germany. It's familiar to me cause they have supported and "discovered"artists with big names on today's Minimal/Tech scene (like ryan crosson or Pan Pot), and it really seems they have a good "scouting" (In fact I believe they move their underground scene and get direct quality responses and benefits).

The first track, a1 Odins Crash Test, it's a bassline insane disconnection combined together with a "silly" well aged minimal tricks in the mid/hi frequency. Souki makes a point, by saying "I know the roots", lol. Well explored the entering of the best part, with a good delay (A little less was not so bad too) and special attention to details and way changings.
The second, a2 Continue, really "glued" me on it. Until the 3 minutes goes bass/hi as if nothing happens, only with a small show up, and then comes a worked pause (Souki likes a pause!) to a contagious hypnotic drive that sins for the short amount of time it lasts. Still, it evolves again and takes you till the end by hand. One of the best tracks I've heared the last year (even after a villalobos session!) and I really expect Continue to be continued!
Finally, b1 Hausmeister Gordon (Lazy mouth rmx,), it's not for sure the black sheep in this Ep. Again, 4 Faces Ep shows you quality, and it's a driving one, that keeps the same record without mantaining it. Goes great, very simple but driver. It's glue again, but that kind of one that sticks you gently trough it's way.

Again, really really great Ep, with a track that fits every moment of "Minimal land" performance, or to simply hear and delight at home :D .

I'm in Luv with you, Souki!!!.. See u there, in our land, the Minimal Land ;)

Dilo - Questions Ep

Einmaleins strikes again, this time with Dilo making the Questions. This Argentian guy has done pretty good works in this year and this is not the exception.. it's another bookmark in his career fitting with perfection in the German label that we appreciate so much! . a1 "Questions", with it's rude bass line and deep solid groove starts this 4 ep track in the best way it could. Musics like "Faccia" - very minimalistic, typical in Dilo's work - presents another side of this producer. b1 "The Kittycat Track" raises up the patterns again. A typical Berlin track with those techno synths that sounds so fresh... gathered with a deep vocal brings attitude to it. Brilliant! Finally b2 "90 Cecilia Road" was Done with Ekkohaus - greek producer- and it ends the album in great shape. Step by step, this minimal tech track can only bring madness into your brains. Top release, this one will surely cause damage in the dancefloors! enjoy
